*   ,      CASSIE NOLAN      (      depicted by bailey b.ass ,      20 ,      she / her      )  :      cassie is the youngest of juliette’s so called friends ,      and juliette doesn’t particularly chose to hang out with her  .      cassie is a new york based socialite ,      who rose to stardom extremely quickly on tiktok  ,      amassing currently over 70 million followers  .      cassie has recently been invited to similar events as juliette ,      however she doesn’t particularly see the gotham socialites / influencers to be on the same level as her      (      the reputation of gotham precedes it      )  .      the two have been photographed together a handful of times ,      and like juliette ,      cassie is a spokesperson for neutrogena and they have been together on a few of neutrogena’s instagram posts  .      cassie is very bubbly ,      and sometimes juliette thinks she would’ve liked her more if juliette was younger too  .
